Chewy, cold, protein energy bites for the W on a warm spring day!

I wanted to bring to you guys a super easy yummy recipe that I make quite a bit and you don’t have to be good at baking or cooking to throw these together.

P.S… energy bites filled with healthy fats, protein & a bit of natural sugar are my go to snack before a workout! I love that they are dense with natural energy that don’t make me feel extra full! Hope you enjoy!

Oatmeal Cookie Protein Bites:

•3/4 cup of nut butter (or more depending) I used almond butter in this recipe
•1/2 cup of honey
•1/2 cup or 6-8 scoops of Vital Proteins collagen peptides
•1/2 cup raisins (if you don’t want raisins use chocolate chips!)
•2 cups of gluten free quick oats
•1 cup of crushed pecans or walnuts
•1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
•Cinnamon to taste •1 heaping TBS of ground flax seed •1 heaping TBS of chia seeds 
Andddd salt!
DONE!
